Submitting a written consumer complaint

Under Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23 and 59/26), a consumer may submit a written complaint:

We will confirm receipt of the complaint without delay and send a written reply with a reasoned position within 15 days of receiving it at the latest. Please state your name, surname and an address for our reply.

Supervision of consumer protection legislation is carried out by the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia, Šubićeva 29, 10000 Zagreb.
