These terms govern the use of the P'alapassion website. By visiting the site you accept the terms set out below. The site is maintained by Sconium d.o.o., Franjevački trg 17, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia, company ID (OIB) 09127769488.

Purpose of the site

The site is informational. It presents our offer, photographs, opening hours, locations and contact details. No sales are made through the site, no orders are taken and no distance contracts are concluded.

Offer, prices and allergens

The offer and the prices published on the site are informational and may change without prior notice. The details displayed on the premises at the time of ordering are the ones that apply. The offer differs between locations, and some dishes are seasonal or available while stocks last.

Our dishes are prepared to order on premises where ingredients that can cause allergies or intolerances are used, among them cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame seeds. Allergen information for every dish is available on the premises in writing and on request from staff, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers and the Croatian ordinance on consumer information for non-prepacked food (Official Gazette 144/14). Because dishes are prepared on shared work surfaces, we cannot rule out traces of individual allergens. If you have an allergy, please tell our staff before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, photographs, graphics, the logo and the visual identity, is owned by Sconium d.o.o. or published with the permission of the rights holder. Reproduction, distribution and any other commercial use are permitted only with prior written consent.

Rules of use

You must use the site in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. It is not permitted to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or to the server, harvest content automatically, or send unlawful or harmful content through the form or our contact details.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to third party services, among them Wolt and Glovo, Google Maps and social media profiles. Ordering and delivery through delivery platforms are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those platforms, over which we have no influence. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third party sites.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the complete accuracy of every detail at all times. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and cookies in the Cookie policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page; the version date is given at the top of the document.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Varaždin.

The Croatian version of this document prevails. The English translation is provided for ease of understanding.
