Two new seasonal pancakes
Two new seasonal pancakes join the menu, Lotus Americano on American pancakes and Pistachio Raspberry Cheesecake on a standard one.
Lotus Americano is built on American pancakes. Biscoff spread goes over them, then crumble biscuit and vanilla ice cream. The caramel note of the spread and the crisp biscuit make it filling without being too sweet.
Pistachio Raspberry Cheesecake goes on a standard pancake filled with cheesecake cream. Raspberry puree, pistachio crumble and the same vanilla ice cream come on top. The sharpness of the raspberry keeps the cream in balance and the crumble adds crunch.
